Come savour Malaysian cuisine at its best! Saloma takes you on a gastronomic experience where wonderful aromas and flavours beckon. The style in which the food is served is Malaysian as well as showcasing the flavours and cooking methods take their influences from Asia... speaks volume of 'Malaysia Truly Asia'.
The nightly international cuisine is served buffet style at the Theatre Restaurant. More local delights can be had from the action stall items. Assorted satay, rendang ayam, lemang, wok-fried mussel kam heong, sambal udang petai, daging masak hitam manis, ayam goreng mamak style, ikan panggang Portugis, Nyonya chap chai, roasted leg of lamb and more.

One of the popular spot for local dishes in KL is at Saloma Theatre Restaurant. Located in the middle of KL city at Jalan Ampang, attracted many of tourist to come by to try local menu. The newly-renovated Saloma Theatre Restaurant is strategically located in the Golden Triangle, within the shopping, entertainment and business hub. The buildings and surroundings provide tourist a breathtaking view of the city's skyscrapers with the backdrop of the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers.
For some nostalgic flavours, sample specialities from the a la carte menu. Combining Malaysian style and international popular favourites, one will also be amused with the specialty names given. Club Sandwich 'Tiga Abdul', Burger 'Uda & Dara', Nasi Goreng 'Bujang Lapuk', Penang Kuew Teow 'Labu Labi', Fish & Chips 'Idaman Kalbu', Ice Kacang 'Puteri Bersiram' and Sago Gula 'Telaga Hati' to name a few. Dine in style at Saloma's very own airy lounge or dine under the stars at the relaxing Courtyard al fresco.
