What can make the Taiwanese so crazy, standing & holding a hot bowl, eating without
complaining? The answer is Taiwan Ay-Chung Rice Noodle or hokkienese used to call
the noodle as misua!!
The shop located in Taipei, Xi Men Ding. Call it shop and not restaurant because, it
doesn't provide any seat for the customers.
Nothing special with the outlook of the shop & just selling the only one simple food, misua. But
it can attract thousands of people a day & maintain the business more than 30 years!
Can you imagine how tasty the misua noodle is?
The crowd of people in front of the shop attracted me to
check it out what was happening! Some people was standing, while some was
squatting. Everyone was so enjoyed with their noodle in the bowl!
The rice noodle(misua) is so cheap, it just cost RM3.50 a bowl. The noodle is very soft & it
serves with fresh oyster! The soup is hot but tasty! Such a simple noodle really can
appetite & warm up your stomach!
If you have the chance to Taiwan, must try out yourself! It's really worthy.
